为有序开展 2026-2027 学年校内住宿统筹安排工作保障学生住宿权益

规范学生公寓日常管理秩序现就新学年校内住宿预订住宿费缴纳及相关事宜

通知如下请全体学生严格知悉遵照执行

一奖学金在读生续住安排

凡奖学金在有效期内拟于 2026-2027 学年继续在校内住宿的在读学生

请 在 6 月 30 日 前 确 认 个 人 住 宿 需 求 并 在

为自动放弃新学年校内住宿资格统一按退宿处理不再保留校内住宿床位

二自费在读生续住安排

凡拟于 2026-2027 学年继续在校内住宿的自费在读学生及奖学金待遇已

到 期 的 在 读 学 生 请 在 6 月 30 日 前 确 认 个 人 住 宿 需 求 并 在

所有成功登记续住的学生须于 7 月 30 日前完成住宿费全额缴纳逾期未足额

缴费者视为自动放弃校内住宿资格统一按退宿处理不再保留校内住宿床位

已足额缴纳住宿费的学生新学期开学即可正常入住宿舍

三应届毕业生住宿相关规定

预计本学期毕业的学生无需参与本次新学年住宿预订及住宿费缴纳工作

须严格按照学校统一离校管理规定于 7 月 30 日前依规完成各项离校手续确

保顺利完成离校流程未按要求完成离校手续滞留宿舍的学生学校将按照宿

舍管理相关规定进行处理

四校外住宿学生申请校内住宿相关安排

原在校外住宿本学期申请搬回校内住宿的学生需与校内住宿学生同步完

成住宿登记申请统一于新学期开学第一天入住本次住宿不提供四牌楼校区宿

舍市区范围内统一安排至丁家桥宿舍江宁区域统一安排至九龙湖宿舍

1请各位学生高度重视本次住宿预订及缴费工作务必按时完成相关操作

2凡拟于 2026-2027 学年不再继续在校内住宿的学生须于 7 月 30 日前

办理退宿手续

3本次宿舍申请须完全服从学校统一分配学校不保障学生继续使用原有

床位为合理统筹床位资源学校将对空余床位进行合并调整请全体学生予以

配合

4所有在校内住宿学生须严格遵守东南大学学生公寓管理办法见附

件凡违反公寓管理相关制度不符合住宿申请条件的学生学校将不予受理

Notice on On-Campus Accommodation Reservation and Accommodation

Fee Payment for the 2026–2027 Academic Year

To orderly coordinate on-campus accommodation arrangements for the

2026–2027 academic year, safeguard students accommodation rights and

interests, and standardize daily management of student dormitories, we

hereby issue this notice regarding on-campus accommodation reservation,

accommodation fee payment and relevant matters for the new academic

year. All students shall read carefully and comply accordingly.

I. Accommodation Renewal for Scholarship Recipients

Current scholarship holders whose scholarships remain valid and who

intend to stay in on-campus dormitories for the 2026–2027 academic year

shall confirm their accommodation demands and complete information

registration via the link: https://wj.qq.com/s2/27034223/kjzr/ by June 30.

Those failing to finish registration by the deadline shall be deemed to have

voluntarily forfeited their on-campus accommodation eligibility, will be

processed as checking out, and no dormitory bed will be reserved for them.

II. Accommodation Renewal for Self-Funded Students

All self-funded current students and students whose scholarship benefits

have expired who wish to continue living on campus for the 2026–2027

academic year shall confirm their accommodation demands and complete

information registration via the link: https://wj.qq.com/s2/27034223/kjzr/

by June 30. The school will open the accommodation fee payment channel.

All students who successfully register for accommodation renewal shall pay

the full accommodation fee by July 30. Those who fail to make full payment

before the deadline shall be deemed to have voluntarily given up their

on-campus accommodation eligibility, will be processed as checking out,

and no dormitory bed will be reserved for them. Students who have fully

paid the accommodation fee may move into their dormitories normally at

the start of the new semester.

III. Accommodation Rules for Graduating Seniors

Students expected to graduate this semester do not need to participate in

this round of new academic year accommodation reservation or

accommodation fee payment. They shall strictly complete all graduation

departure formalities in accordance with the schools unified departure

management regulations by July 30 to finish the departure process

smoothly. Students who fail to complete departure procedures as required

and occupy dormitories beyond the deadline will be dealt with per the

dormitory management regulations.

IV. Application for On-Campus Accommodation for Off-Campus Residents

Students currently living off-campus who apply to move back to campus

this semester shall submit accommodation registration applications

concurrently with on-campus residents and may move in on the first day of

the new semester. No dormitory spaces at Sipailou Campus will be available

for this round of applications. Applicants in urban areas will be uniformly

assigned dormitories at Dingqiao Campus, while applicants in Jiangning

District will be arranged at Jiulonghu Campus.

V. Supplementary Remarks

1. All students shall attach great importance to this accommodation

reservation and fee payment process and complete all required operations

on time.

2. All students who do not intend to reside on campus for the 2026–2027

academic year must complete dormitory check-out procedures by July 30.

3. All dormitory applications are subject to unified allocation by the university.

The school does not guarantee students the right to retain their original

beds. To rationally allocate bed resources, the university will consolidate

and adjust vacant beds, and all students shall cooperate fully.

4. All students residing on campus must strictly abide by the

Regulations on

Student Dormitory Management of Southeast University (see attachment).

The school will reject accommodation applications from students who

violate dormitory management rules or fail to meet accommodation

eligibility criteria.
