2. 吴巍炜

吴巍炜， 教授、博导，东南大学“至善学者”。2011 年分别获

得香港城市大学和中国科技大学博士学位，2011-2012 年新加坡南

洋理工大学博士后，2012 年起在东南大学计算机学院任职副教授、

教授。研究方向包括大数据分析、强化学习、无人系统、物联网智

能感知、多智能体系统、博弈理论等，培养学生用算法与优化方法

解决应用问题的能力。主持国家重点研发项目课题、国家自然科学

基金面上/青年项目、省部级和企业合作项目十余项，在相关研究领域国际会议和期刊上发

表学术论文 60 余篇，其中近五年发表 CCF A+IEEE/ACM Trans. 24 篇，担任多个国际著名

期刊会议的程序委员会共同主席、委员等。曾先后获得 ACM 新星奖、微软亚洲研究院“微

软学者”称号、中国科学院“院长奖”等。

3.方效林

方效林，男，博士，副教授，2014 年毕业于哈尔滨

工业大学计算机软件与理论专业，师从高宏和李建中教授，获

博士学位。同年进入东南大学计算机科学与工程学院任教。其

研究领域包括传感器网络数据分析处理技术及其应用、无人机

自动控制等。

正主持国家自然科学基金面上项目 1 项、国际(地区)合作

与交流项目课题 1 项，已主持完成国家自然科学基金青年项目 1 项，参与国家重点研发计划、

国家自然科学基金重点项目、面上项目多项。

4.张祥

张祥，博士，副教授，硕士生导师。2001 毕业于南京航空航天

大学计算机科学与技术系 并取得学士学位。2002 年，作为硕士研

究生进入东南大学计算机科学与工程学院，跟随瞿裕忠教授开展语

义网的研究。2004 年春季，以提前攻博的方式转为博士研究生，并

于 2009 取得博士学位。 博士论文主题为语义网中的本体搜索方法

（Ontology Searching）。2009 年毕业后，留校进入东南大学软件学

院工作至今。软件学院与计算机科学与工程学院于 2010 年合并。

在 2013 年 8 月至 2014 年 8 月期间，受国家留学基金委资助，以国家公派访问学者身份

在美国宾夕法尼亚州刘易斯堡的巴克内尔大学 进行了为期一年的访学。 在访学期间，与巴

克内尔大学计算机系的孟宪农教授一同探讨了信息检索领域的若干问题。

科研：主要研究领域为人工智能，包括语义网、数据挖掘、自然语言处理。目前的研究

重点是将人工智能技术（尤其是知识图谱技术）应用于大数据环境下生物医学和商业智能领

域。

教学：在东南大学软件学院向本科二年级学生讲授 《面向对象程序设计 II》, 并且在

东南大学苏州研究院和东南大学蒙纳士大学联合研究生院讲授《万维网科学》和《信息检索》

课程。

实验室：除了日常的教学和科研外，本人在计算机学院和软件学院建立了万维网数据科

学实验室（WDS 实验室），该实验室由一群充满朝气和竞争意识的研究生、本科生组成。实

验室除了在数据科学、自然语言处理等领域开展科研外，还指导学生参与兼具科研和应用价

值的创新型学生项目。

2001 年 6 月、2004 年 6 月和 2007 年 9 月于南京大学计算机科学与技术系获学士、硕士和博

士学位。自 2001 年起长期从事机器学习与数据挖掘领域的研究工作，现为东南大学计算机

科学与工程学院教授。先后承担本科生专业主干课程《软件工程》、 “东南大学—Monash 大

学联合研究生院”全英文课程《Pattern Recognition》的教学工作。已发表学术论文 20 余篇，

部分论文发表在领域内重要国际期刊，如《Data Mining and Knowledge Discovery》、《IEEE

Trans. Pattern Analysis and Machine Intelligence 》、《 IEEE Trans. Knowledge and Data

Engineering》、《IEEE Trans. Systems, Man, and Cybernetics – Part B: Cybernetics》等，以及领

域内重要国际会议，如 IJCAI、KDD、AAAI、ICDM 等。担任重要国际期刊《Machine Learning》

客座编辑，应邀担任 ACML’14 Workshop Co-Chair、KDD’12 Student Volunteer 共同主席，

6.Associate Professor Chung Hsing Yeh (Course Director)

Chung-Hsing Yeh graduated from the National Cheng Kung

University, Taiwan with a Bachelor of Science (Engineering) (top

grade) in 1977 and a Master of Management Science (topping the

class) in 1982. After graduation, he took up a number of

appointments in Taiwan's public and private sectors, including

teaching officer at Army Engineering School (military service),

assistant engineer at Nan Ya Plastic Corporation, research fellow at

Transportation Planning Board, and senior operations officer at

Yangming Marine Transport Corporation. He passed Taiwan's

national higher examinations in general management and in water

transport management.

He joined Monash University in 1985 to undertake research in computer based

production scheduling and completed his PhD study in record time with the best result

possible. His research in the development of manufacturing management software systems

has yielded a number of key algorithms which incorporate Just-in-Time concepts to achieve

practical, effective production scheduling. He has taken up a number of academic positions at

Monash, including research assistant in 1986, tutor in 1987, lecturer in 1989, senior lecturer in

1994, and associate professor in 2000.

His research activities at Monash have been extended to include consulting services to

governments and industries in Australia, China and Taiwan. In particular, he has appeared in

the Federal Court of Australia as an expert witness for a legal case on software intellectual

property. He has been undertaking collaborative research projects at the National Cheng Kung

University (where he holds a visiting professor position), funded by the National Science

Council of Taiwan, ROC. He has published extensively in the areas of multicriteria decision

analysis, fuzzy logic, intelligent systems, multilingual information mining, operations and

production management, and transport research. He has been a regular reviewer for a number

of highly regarded scholarly journals. He is listed in Marquis Who's Who in the World, Who's

Who in Finance and Industry, and Who's Who in Science and Engineering.

7.Associate Professor Vincent Cheng-Siong Lee

Vincent CS Lee (PhD) is currently Associate Professor at

Clayton School of IT, Monash University, Australia. He received

Australia Federal Government scholarship to pursue PhD from

1988 through to 1991 at The University of New Castle, NSW, in

Australia. In 1973 to 1974, he was awarded a joint research

scholarship by Ministry of Defence (Singapore) and Ministry of

Defence (UK) for postgraduate study at Royal Air Force College,

UK in aircraft electrical and instrument systems. He was a visiting

academic to Tsinghua University in Beijing at the School of

Economics and Management from Nov 2006 to March 2007; and was also a Visiting

Professor to Information Communication Institute of Singapore from July 1994 through June

1995.

Lee has 35 (13 years with MNC and public sector establishments in Singapore, and 22

years with four universities in Australia and Singapore) years of experience in applied and

fundamental research, business enterprise system development, engineering and ICT system

integration, and university teaching. Lee is also a registered professional electrical engineer in

Singapore; Licensed Electrical Engineer (High voltage switching authorisation) in Singapore;

Chartered Engineer and member of IEE in UK and Association of Computing Machines

(ACM) in USA.

Lee published 61 peer-reviewed international (high impact factor SCI and SSCI) journals

articles and 136 papers in peer-reviewed international conference proceedings. His

publications are in IEEE Transactions on Knowledge and Data Engineering; IEE Proceeding

on Generation, Transmission and Utilisation; Signal Processing; IEEE Selected Areas in

Communications; IEEE Security and Privacy; European Journal of Operational Research;

Applied Mathematics and Computation; Neuro-computing; Accounting and Finance; Journal

of Wealth Management; and in Springer LNCS and LNAI volumes. He has chaired/co-chaired

more than a dozen of IEEE international conference technical program committees:

conference chair KICSS2012; general chair ICDIM2011; co-chair workshop on Intelligent

Environment (IE2010); conference chair ICSSSM2008, and special sessions of IEEE

International Conference on Service Computing.

Lee has been awarded fifteen internationally competitive research grants in signal

processing, decision support systems, and financial engineering research projects. Lee's

current research interests are multidisciplinary spreading across signal processing; adaptive

knowledge representation and information engineering; data, text, and graph mining for

knowledge discovery; decision theory; information system research based on design science

paradigm; and Neuro-financial engineering. He has attracted research grants from ARC DP

and LPs, A*STAR.

Dr Lee has supervised altogether 13 PhDs and 30 Research Masters students in signal

processing, power systems, e-commerce, financial engineering and innovation management

from commencement to final award of thesis during his employment with Nanyang

Technological University in Singapore, Swinburne University of Technology and Monash

University both in Melbourne, Australia.
