2027中国政府奖学金（高水平研究生项目）面向非中国籍申请人，申请期为Nov. 1, 2026 – Feb. 28, 2027。硕士申请人须取得学士学位且不超过35岁，博士申请人须取得硕士学位且不超过40岁；全额奖学金覆盖学费、住宿费、生活津贴和综合医疗保险，不含国际旅行费用。

The Chinese Government Scholarship High Level Postgraduate Program
is an educational initiative designed to select and cultivate international
students worldwide with solid academic backgrounds, outstanding professional
competence and promising development potential. This program offers a full
scholarship covering tuition fees, accommodation expenses, living stipend and
comprehensive medical insurance (international travel costs are not included).

1. Passport (The valid period must be more than one year, if you're currently in china, please provide the
copies of the first page and the latest VISA/resident permit page);
2. Certificate of Highest Degree;
3. If you are to obtain the higher level of degree before September 15, 2027, you may provide the offi cial
document to prove that;
4. Official Transcript of Academic Records;
5.HSK 4 (200 or above) at least is needed for Chinese-taught Programs, applicants for medical,
humanities, economic management majors are required to provide HSK certificates of level 5 or above;
6. If English is not the native language or official language, you are required to provide TOEFL (80 or
above), IELTS (6.0 or above) or Duolingo (100 or above) for English-taught program;
7. Two Recommendation Letters;
8. Letter of Acceptance from Potential Supervisor (mandatory for certain colleges);
9. Research Proposal no less than 800 words;
10. Certificate of Non-criminal Record;
11. Physical Examination Record within 6 months before the date of Nov.15, 2026;
12. Some programs may need other materials. (E.g. The applicant’s portfolio is required for Architecture
programs)

2. Please ensure the authenticity of your application materials. If any untruthful content is found
in the application materials, you will be disqualified and cannot apply to Southeast University
again within 2 years;
3. The application documents must be in Chinese or English. Any documents in any other
language must be attached with a notarized English or Chinese translation version;
4. Please fill in your Chinese name if you have one, it can’t be changed after admission.

Registration
1. The time for registration is from late August to early September. The exact time will be confirmed on the
admission notice.
2. You can apply for student (X1) visa at the Chinese Embassy or Consulate in your country on the strength
of the admission notice and JW201 form (both in electronic copies).
3. Please note that you must register within the stipulated time stated on the Admission Notice with the
copy of the Admission Notice and JW201 form, the original diploma, transcript and HSK/TOEFL/
IELTS certificate. Otherwise, you will be disqualified from enrollment.

Admission documents shall not be modified after confirmation.

Step 1: For students who have passed all the reviews, we will provide the pre-admission letters
to recommend you for the CSC scholarship (the application status on the system will be “Waiting
for pre-admission”);
Step 2: Submit the pre-admission letter on the CSC online application system according to the
time specified in the letter. Otherwise, you’ll be considered to give up the opportunity to be
recommended;

Step 3: The admission documents will be emailed to the address which you fi ll in the system after
receiving the final decision from CSC.

中国政府奖学金“ 高水平研究生”项目是一项旨在选拔并培养全球范围
内具有优秀学科背景、突出专业能力和未来发展潜力的国际学生的教育计划。

1、护照（有效期一年以上，在华学生必须同时提供最新签证页或者居留许可页扫描件）；
2、最高学位证书；
3、应届毕业生由本人所在学校出具的预毕业证明（确认 2027 年 9 月 15 日之前能够获得毕业证书和学位
证书）；
4、成绩单；
5、中文授课专业的申请者需要提供 HSK 四级（含）以上证书，成绩要求 200 及以上；医学、人文和经管
类专业的申请者需要提供 HSK 五级（含）以上证书。
6、英文授课专业的申请者需要提供 TOEFL/IELTS 成绩证明（以英语为官方语言或母语国家的申请人除外），
TOEFL 成绩要求 80 及以上，IELTS 成绩要求 6.0 及以上，Duolinguo 成绩要求 100 及以上；
7、推荐信 2 封；
8、导师接收函（部分学院必须提供）；
9、不少于 800 字的研究生期间研究计划；
10、六个月之内的体检报告（至 2026 年 11 月 15 日计算）；
11、无犯罪证明；
12、某些项目需要其他材料。
（例如建筑学院所有专业都需要附作品集）

六、申请流程
1、登录东南大学国际学生招生系统 http://fs.seu.edu.cn/ ，选择“ 中国政府奖学金 B 类”
项目，提交申请材料，完成网上申请（每位申请者仅允许选择一个项目，重复申请者不予审核）；
2、在东南大学国际学生招生系统 http://fs.seu.edu.cn/ 完成网上申请后，可随时登录系统

八、入学报到
1、报到时间为：2027 年 8 月底至 9 月初，具体时间以《录取通知书》为准。
2、被录取者应持普通护照、《录取通知书》（电子版）、《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》（电子版）前
往中国驻外使（领）馆办理入境学习（X1）签证，并持以上材料按通知书上规定的时间到东南大学报到。
3、报到时须提供录取通知书和 JW201 表格打印件，正式毕业证书、学位证书、成绩单、HSK 证书原件
或英语水平成绩证明原件，按通知书上规定的时间到东南大学报到，不能提供者或原件与扫描件信息不一
致者，将被取消入学资格。
七、录取流程
1、材料通过审核的学生，我校将依据综合情况择优推荐申请中国政府奖学金，在三月底前出
具预录取通知书（系统中状态显示为“等待预录取”）；
2、获得预录取通知书的同学，请按通知书上规定的时间登录中国政府奖学金来华留学管理信
息系统 http://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn/ 进行在线申请并上传预录取通知书；( 东南大学机构
代码为 10286，留学项目种类请选 B)
3、收到 CSC 确定的最终录取结果后，学校将根据系统中的邮箱发送录取材料。
