东南大学国际学生线上缴费操作指南

一、操作说明

本指南适用于东南大学国际学生新生报名费、学费、住宿费线上自助缴费，

仅支持电脑端登录东南大学国际学生管理服务平台（http://fs.seu.edu.cn）操作，

系统提供境内、境外两类线上支付渠道，可按需自主选择。

二、详细操作步骤

第一步：登录系统

使用电脑浏览器，登录东南大学国际学生管理服务平台，进入个人主页。

第二步：选择缴费项目

在个人主页中，根据学校要求，选择对应缴费项目：支付报名费（Pay

Application Fee），支付学费（Pay Tuition）。

学生录取完成并确认校内住宿后，须登录系统缴纳住宿费：先在个人主页完

成信息绑定，再办理缴费：

第三步：切换支付方式

确认缴费订单后，点击 Change Payment Method（更换支付方式），随后选

择 Online Payment（线上支付）通道，进入支付选择界面。

第四步：选择对应支付渠道完成缴费

系统线上支付分为两种渠道，学生可根据自身情况任选其一：

1. 境内支付渠道（国内通用）

支持国内主流支付方式，包含支付宝、微信、国内银行卡.

2. 境外支付渠道（海外通用）

支持境外信用卡支付，涵盖 VISA、MasterCard（万事达），支持跨境线上缴

费。

三、温馨提示

1. 所有缴费操作请务必使用电脑端完成，移动端暂不能正常使用；

2. 缴费订单提交后请及时完成支付，避免订单超时失效；

3. 支付完成后可在个人系统主页查询缴费记录，留存支付凭证以备核查。

Online Payment Operation Guide for International Students of

Southeast University

I. Operation Instructions

This guide applies to online self-service payment of application fees, tuition fees and

accommodation fees for new international students at Southeast University.

Operations are only available via computer by logging into the Southeast University

International Student Management Service Platform (http://fs.seu.edu.cn). The

system provides two types of online payment channels for domestic and overseas

use, which can be selected independently as needed.

II. Detailed Operation Procedures

Step 1: Log in to the System

Access the Southeast University International Student Management Service Platform

via a computer browser and enter your personal homepage.

Step 2: Select Payment Item

On your personal homepage, select the corresponding payment item as required by

the university: Pay Application Fee or Pay Tuition.

After completing admission procedures and confirming on-campus accommodation,

students are required to log into the system to pay accommodation fees: complete

information binding on the personal homepage first, then proceed with payment：

Step 3: Switch Payment Method

After confirming the payment order, click Change Payment Method, then select the

Online Payment channel to enter the payment selection interface.

Step 4: Complete Payment via the Corresponding Payment Channel

Two online payment channels are available in the system, and students may choose

either according to their own circumstances:

Domestic Payment Channel (for use within China)

Supports mainstream domestic payment methods, including Alipay, WeChat Pay and

domestic bank cards.

Overseas Payment Channel (for use outside China)

Supports overseas credit card payments, covering VISA and MasterCard for

cross-border online tuition payment.

III. Friendly Reminders

1. All payment operations must be completed on a computer; mobile devices are not

fully compatible for the time being.

2. Complete payment promptly after submitting the payment order to avoid order

expiration due to timeout.

3. Payment records can be checked on your personal system homepage after

successful payment. Please retain your payment receipt for verification purposes.
