2026 年南京市政府奖学金、东南大学校长奖学金（新生奖学

金）申请通知

Application for 2026 Nanjing Municipal Government Scholarship

and SEU Scholarship (Freshman Scholarship)

一、基本条件

（一） 遵守中国法律法规，尊重中国社会公德和风俗习惯，严格遵守学校的各

项规章制度，具有良好的道德品质和行为习惯；

（二） 对华友好，无危害中国国家利益和安全的言行；

（三） 学习认真努力，考勤良好，能按时完成教学计划任务；

（四） 诚实守信，尊敬师长，团结同学，关心集体，积极参加学校、学院组织

的各类活动；

（五） 完成学期注册，结清学费、住宿费、保险费等需要自理的费用；

（六） 仅限 2026 级个人自费本科生、硕士生、博士生申请；

（七）南京市政府奖学金与东南大学校长奖学金（新生奖学金）两项奖学金不

可兼得。

Basic requirements:

1. Comply by Chinese laws and regulations, respect Chinese social ethics and

customs, strictly abide by the school's various rules and regulations, and have good

moral qualities and behavioral habits;

2. Be friendly to Chinese people and refrain from any words or actions that harm

China's national interests and security;

3. Study hard with good attendance, able to complete teaching plan tasks on time;

4. Honesty and trustworthiness, respect for teachers, unite classmates, care for the

community, actively participate in various activities organized by the university and

college;

5. Complete semester registration, clear tuition fees, accommodation fees, insurance

fees, and other expenses that need to be paid;

6. Open only to self-financed undergraduate, master's and doctoral students of

the 2026 intake;

7. The Nanjing Municipal Government Scholarship and Southeast University

President’s Scholarship (Freshman Scholarship) are mutually exclusive; students

cannot receive both awards.

二、申请材料

1. 《南京市政府外国留学生奖学金申请表》，用中文或英文填写

Application Documents：

Fill out the application form for Nanjing Municipal Government Scholarship

application form in Chinese or in English.

2. 填写问卷：https://v.wjx.cn/vm/ec53UcY.aspx

请确保申请材料的真实性，一旦发现申请材料中有不真实的内容，你将被取消

奖学金评选资格，并且 2 年内不得再次申请各类奖助学金。

Please ensure the authenticity of the application materials. If any false

information is found in the application materials, you will be disqualified from

the scholarship selection and will not be eligible to apply for any scholarships

within two years.

请将以上材料纸质件由本人直接提交到九龙湖兰园三舍 301 办公室学生中心，

或 10 月 19 日下午 14：00-17：00 提交至丁家桥校区宿舍管理办公室。

Please fill out, print and collect all the hard-copy of document and submit to

Office 301, International Students’ Center in person, Jiulonghu Campus/

Dormitory Management Office, Dingjiaqiao Campus (2:00pm-5:00pm, October

19).

申请截止时间：2026 年 10 月 19 日下午 17：00 前

Deadline for application：5:00pm, October 19th，2026

Eligibility is not a guarantee of this scholarship.
